Our story began with a shared dream: to build a life centered on faith, family, and service. Growing up in immigrant families, we both watched our parents work tirelessly to create opportunities for us. Manny served six years in the U.S. Air Force National Guard before careers in corporate finance and law enforcement, while Carolina built a career in corporate finance and nonprofit work helping families achieve financial stability. Although our careers were meaningful, we felt called to create something of our own—one that allowed us to serve others while being fully present for our growing family. In 2021, after much prayer and reflection, we took a leap of faith and relocated to St. Augustine to build the life we had always envisioned.

Today, we combine our backgrounds in finance, service, and relationship-building to help buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating families navigate one of life's biggest decisions with confidence. As military veterans, Spanish speakers, and parents of five, we understand that every family has a unique story and set of goals. Through our real estate business and our Life in St. Augustine FL YouTube channel, we've built a trusted resource for people moving to Northeast Florida.
